Want to make a better and have your own Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Gmail, Flickr, Delicious, Flipboard, Wordpress, New Tab Page, and every other app!?
Want to rewrite every application that you use? You think that it can be a little bit better, or maybe a lot better with just a little change?
Jeffshouse (codename) is the platform for your web applications. Keeping the server side as a thin API for use by the client, gives the user all of the power. Let users and yourself build a dream app, that's easy to improve upon. Start with the user experience in the web browser, desktop and mobile.
Write your own html and javascript powered with a data api also written in javascript in case you want to write any server side code, but you shouldn't have to. The rather large community has provided many common useful functions that you might want from your web server. Focus on the UI in javascript with API calls. There's even more of this in the community, as user interfaces are open by nature.
We're seeking the best of breed. Everyone should be able to give it their best shot or pitch in, and eventually arrive at something better than the sum of the parts. Everyone building on top of each other's work produces amazing results.
